To answer here - VapeClub UK, VapeCrate UK, there are a bunch. Go through the largest vendors online, You'll see. VapeClub has worked for me just fine. Quick processing, and for UK - free shipping (I think it was..).

I tried both Nicoticket and Celtic Vapours at Vapefest... along with many others. It should have been called e-liquid fest really.
Both Celtic and Smoker's Angel (the other end of the row of stalls) both suffered with "burnt CE4" troubles. Not very useful really....

midland vaping and grey haze are a couple I use, both have good house juice too
yep, their customer service is excellent, I emailed them a question about an ejuice, I got a response literally within a minute
