American e liquid VG review

I just recieved 2 bottles of American e Liquid yesterday.

All I have vaped to date is various PG juices from Totally Wicked and Johnson Creek. Both of which have liquids that taste great. However, I have noticed that I am a little sensitive to the PG. So I started looking around for some VG liquids to try out. I came across a review for American e liquid saying how great they were, so I desided to try them out.

I ordered a bottle of Virginia Flue Cured and a bottle of Tobacco-sweet. The first thing I noticed when I opened the package was a very strong soapy/chemically/perfumy smell. It wasn't a good smell. I tried out the Virginia Flue Cured first on the inhale it has a bit of a chemical taste, on the exhale after a couple of seconds I got a hint of a sweet flavor. Over all this fluid was tolerable, but not good, for me at least. Then I tried the Tobacco-sweet. I can't even begin to tell you how awful this stuff was. It is completely unvapable! It has a very overpowering chemical taste. The taste lingers for what seems like forever. In fact I am feeling nauseous right now and I vaped it close to an hour ago. I changed out my cart and started vaping one of my PG flavors(like I said, about an hour ago) and that nasty taste is still coming out of my atomizer. If this had been my first experience vaping, I'd be smoking anologs right now.

Since this is my first experience with VG, I am wondering if its the VG that gives it this chemical taste or is it something else they are putting in it. Can anyone point me towards a GOOD vg juice? Cause this stuff is NASTY!

I guess I'm back to PG for now.

The only one I've tried is Rath Juice. (ElectroNicStix, Cigtech and maybe some others.) I liked it but didn't think the flavor was strong enough. I haven't tried any of the others because I've decided that a PG/VG blend works best for me.

i have noticed that sometimes you have to let fresh juice age for a little while, and the taste settles down.i recently got rootbeer float from tv 20vg and it tasted like burnt charcoal, a week later its tasting pretty good.

I was initially put off by the strong smells in the package too, but their liquids are favorites of mine now. I think BBChampagne is the best of the bunch that i've tried.
