It's difficult to find reliable specifications for Efest batteries. Best info I have come across is Efest 18490 IMR 1100 mah batteries have a 8.8 Amp continuous discharge rate.

Using the Ohm's Law Calculator, using 4.2v (fully charged) and a 0.5 ohms, the current drawn from that coil will be 8 Amps.

Since you want some safe headroom available for the possibility of changing coil resistance, I suggest not making coils less than 0.7 ohm with this battery. Just a drop of 0.2 ohms in a 0.5 ohm coil to 0.3 ohm will change the amp draw to 14 amps, way over the 8.8 Amp limit.

Using any battery at its upper limits will cause it to quickly lose its previous specifications. You may not notice any trouble when new, but as the battery ages with use the problem will become more severe. Push the battery a bit further and now you've entered the realm of potential thermal runaway. Best to use a bigger battery with more amp reserves than push a smaller battery at its highest capacity.

I highly recommend you read this: Cloud Chasing is Dangerous
