An alternative to the OKR-T/6 - GE NSR006A0X54Z DC/DC converter

Browsing around for electronics tonight I found a DC/DC converter very very similar to the ubiquitous OKR-T/6 in pretty much all specs, except the trim resistor. Turns out, the GE chip takes a trim resistor in the 1KΩ range, which introduces the potential to use digital POTs directly to set the output voltage.

For the most part - MOST ALL electronic components have 3 EXACT "replicas" in the market, built by 3 Different manufacturers. to the EXACT same specification (or better). Agreements between parties are confidential. But just know - they exist for reasons we are not aware of. This is per two tech's from two different major manufacterers - all of which are listed above.

LOL that makes 4.....the one I saw has a higher max Vout but also wants a higher input...nice thing to know tho thx for the tidbit SM
