An idea for an app

Howdy all!

I currently use the foursquare app and have 2 lists, 'Electronic Cigarette Friendly' and 'Electronic Cigarette Unfriendly' in which I label retailers in the Phoenix, Az area.

I have an idea for an app that I bet every ecf smartphone user would dl. It would basically be an app that would allow users to label places as either Electronic Cigarette Friendly or Electronic Cigarette Unfriendly so that all other users of the app could (hopefully) frequent retailers that allow vaping and (again, hopefully) boycott (damn that sounds harsh) places that we can't vape. The way I see it is that it being user generated we (the vaping community) could help all vapers (and maybe get the non vaping vendors to change their wicked ways) frequent vape friendly retailers.

I have no clue how to make an app or I would but if anyone can (and is bored) there's an idea for you.
