i want a good menthol ejuice like newport or marlboro menthol smooth
i know theres thousands of brands but would i have to mix a tabacco flavor with a menthol and how would i go about doing that

Try the 'Nu port' or the '555 menthol'

Get some Menthol Crystals too, so you can adjust it yourself. They are on ebay for a couple of bucks.
