I looked on the Powder by the Pound site, but it's hard to tell from the little car pictures what the various shades really look like in real life. Is there any place where one can see how the colors look when actually applied to something? (I'm wondering how a Midi would look with a brass body and nickle-colored, old school end-caps - kind of like a reverse of the original, classic Saber design, which I love.)

What I would do is to give them a call and tell them what you are looking for. They will be able to match that brass for you as close as anyone could.
I think that would look really good!
