USPS tracking sucks, mine still said it was in customs when the lady from the post office brought it to me. An hour later my regular mail lady shows up with our mail go figure that one.

OK. ordered 10/13, shipped 10/14, Arrived JFK 10/17. Just has to slip by the grinch now. Hopefully will have good news on Monday. If all goes well will have shipment on Tuesday!!

So customs has it, hope they hurry up and do what they need to do Whats the avarage time that its in customs hands? Also have you ever had a shippment not get approved by customs? What happens if it dosent? Thanks

I haven't ordered from Health Cabin but I've ordered 3 or 4 times from China suppliers, and my 'stuff' comes through customs in New York. Only ONCE did my USPS tracking show Inbound Into Customs Inbound International Arrival - the other times they only showed the Foreign International Dispatch for several days, finally showing them going into a sorting center in New York or New Jersey - and one time my first message after the International Dispatch was the arrival at my local post office.

In the past, I got some medications from suppliers outside the US. Most of them got to me; twice the suppliers received them back from US Customs and notified ME that they were shipping them again, unless I'd prefer a refund. Both times it was more than a month after THAT before I received a notice from US Customs that they had refused to accept the shipment and returned them - not even any info to appeal. This was 2 shipments out of dozens of med shipments to me from 4 different suppliers, and none of the medications had any 'recreational' use.

Health Cabin states on their web site that they rarely have any problems getting shipments through US Customs, and that they will promptly re-ship or refund the payment.

Now I'm annoyed, never waited this long. I am going away for a couple of
days and was hoping to have my new attys and liquid. I have received orders b4 in 3 days. Hope it gets delivered soon and doesn't get sent back. Then I'd have to get something overnighted in the US. USPS says if they do, they send out a letter in 30 to 45 days, a lot of good that does.
