The specs on that board might not be so accurate. 20 watts would be 10 volts 2 amps. But if you dial it down to 5 volts 20 watts would be 4 amps. I would say the watts rating is more accurate because a amp rating really is no good without a voltage rating to go along with it. If you dialed it down to 1 volt a 2 amp load would be all of 2 watts, thats not very hot at all. On the other end of the spectrum if you dialed it up to 20 volts and ran it at 2 amps thats 40 watts. I think they just used the middle of the range voltage which is 10 volts to give it a amp rating.
