Hi folks,
Thought it was about time I got round to saying hello................. So................ "Hello there".

I've been smoking for about 20 years and for the last 14 years I've only been smoking Panama Cigars.......Somehow managed to get up to 3 packs a day...........Anyway, about a fortnight ago I was looking into getting a Philips Living Colors lamp and happened to come across an E-Cig at one of the Gadget Web sites that were selling them........Never even heard of them before that......Decided to look for info on the E-Cig and came across one of Leaford's videos........From there I was lucky enough to find this Forum........
Spent about a week reading as many posts as I could.......Watched every one of Leaford's and Dustin's videos at least two or three times each........Very informative and helpful to someone like me that hadn't got a clue about anything to do with these things...........I came to the conclusion that the best E-cig for me was probably the Mini......
Now because I'm used to only smoking Cigars, if I try to smoke a normal cigarette I cant even tell that its lit........So I wasn't expecting to get much, if anything, of a feeling of smoking from one of these E-Cig's........But I thought I'd give it a go anyway..........So I got myself a Black Mini from E-Cigs.co.uk.....Well I'm happy to report that I was wrong..........I'm more than happy with the smoking sensation that it gives me.......So much so that I ordered another Mini starter kit from Smokester.........And then I ordered another Mini and an E-Cigar from Pillbox at theelectroniccigarette.co.uk..........And while I was typing this, the post man has turned up with two Midnight Classics........Talk about swapping one addiction for another.......So, from not knowing these thing existed a fortnight ago....I've now got a £400 hole in my bank account 8-o and I have to keep slapping myself because I keep ending up on the Janty Europe web site........I just know if I like these Classic's as much as I do the Mini's, I'm going to end up with a Black Kissbox Classic...........MUST RESIST..........Just got to wait for the 36mg Totally Wicked juice I ordered to turn up and I think I should be set for the next month or so..........Ok......I might just have to order a Ruyan Bling as well........May be two..........Oh......And maybe a Steam Cleaner for the atomizers...........
So I'd like to thank everyone on the forum for all the information that you have imparted and a special thank you to Leaford and Dustin for the Video's that were so helpful to me and I expect a lot more people besides..........Also I'd like to say how happy I am with the service that I got from Smokster at E-cig.co.uk and from Pillbox at theelectroniccigarette.co.uk...........

PS........If Trog or Pillbox happen to read this.......Then the two of you should get together and paint Trog's Screwdriver's Red with a Black atomizer and put the Totally Wicked emblem on them.........I'm sure they would sell well on the Totally Wicked web site as the ideal partner for the Totally Wicked e-liquid.........

Hi Kimmie, and thanks for the welcome.........

Must say that I'm really liking the Classic's that I got yesterday.........Don't get me wrong, as the 901's I've got are great as well........But I think that I like the form factor of the classic more.......I suppose that's because I'm used to cigars and not cigarette's and so the classic feels a better size for me......Also prefer the mouth piece on the classic for some reason.......And you can't argue with having a larger cart and longer battery run time..........

So it looks like a Kissbox classic is going to be on the cards for me..........I like the idea of the manual switch that they employ as well.......But I think that I'd better wait for a month or two before I buy one, as I've spent way too much in the past week on these things........Maybe I can get myself one for Christmas......Just wish that Janty had a distributer in the UK, as I've seen from some of the posts that if you do have a problem that delivery times of replacements can take a bit to arrive..........Mind you, I've got plenty to keep me going even if parts did take a week or two to come.......

Funny you should mention the Disposable Ruyan Vegas Cigars, as I was looking at the 5 pack that they sell at Heaven-Gifts only this afternoon........I was thinking that they would be ideal as a back up set......I live in a Rural area and power cuts are common........I have been without power for several days in a row before and even though I now have 14 assorted batteries, it would still be nice to know that I would have a back up or two that could be used in an emergency........

Make sure you and Mike keep up the good work with your video's as well.......I found the multi part video's you do, like the battery test and Sedansa tests to be very useful indeed.........

The mini was a pretty good choice. I've also tried the "super mini" also avialable in Brit and it's comparable to the mini, plus a couple of other imports bought direct from China that were far from satisfying. The mini is certainly my choice for everyday use.

There are so many different models/versions out there that you can't try them all straight away without spending a small fortune. I would seriously advise that you try some different e-liquids with what you have already before buying more devices! These are readily available here and offer a great choice of tastes and strengths. You can vary your e-smoking experience without shelling out hundreds of pounds more than you have already, although if you do, please let us know your opinions.

Hi B*stard.......

Doing just that with the e-liquid at the moment........Got some of Pillbox's 36mg French Pipe and 36mg Menthol delivered yesterday........Loving the menthol, although I'll probably go for the 18mg stuff in the future......Also got some of Smokster's 18mg Cigar liquid when I made my first order, quite like it although it tastes nothing like the cigar's I'm used to.......

Out of the three device types that I have at the moment....ie..901, Pillbox's cigar and the Midnyte Classic......I'd say I like the Classic most of all.....Its out performing the other two in every respect so far.....Don't know if that could be said about other generic classics as I've only got experience of this one from Smokster......

If (or maybe that should be when) I get any other types of E-Cig I will be only too happy to share my thoughts on them.......

Hi Mitch- welcome to another new face- even if you have spent way more than me at the moment!
Quick question- what is the Wicked Menthol liquid like? I have menthol carts from e-cig at the moment but I want more of a kick with them. The more menthol they taste the better- almost so it's like strong toothpaste!

I might not be the best person to ask about this......You see I've never smoked a menthol cigarette......One of the many reasons that I wanted to quit cigars was because of the heavy taste you are left with after smoking one.......That's why I thought I'd try the menthol flavours......

Saying that though, I do have a load of 18mg carts that I got with a 901 from Pillbox.........But I don't know how they compare to the ones that Smokster sells.......Can't see there being much difference though.....The menthol carts that I tried were more or less the same as the standard carts but with a mild mint flavour and slightly more of a hit to the throat.....The Wicked 36mg menthol is definitely stronger......When you inhale it feels like its cooling the back of your throat but still has a really good hit factor........And when you exhale, you get a nice mint taste in you mouth and loads of Vapour.......But its not the same as when you first chew an Airways chewing gum for instance.....If I had to compare it to toothpaste, I'd say it was slightly stronger than standard toothpaste........

Looks like Mitch has spent way more than any of us over 2 weeks (with the possible exception of the Emperor of Ice Cream)! If you can afford it however, there's nothing wrong with diving in at the deep end and it's interesting to get the opinions of a newcomer to our little addiction of the various devices available. Keep 'em coming Mitch!

I've definitely spent a lot more than I really should have .....But in my defence, I was trying to make sure that I had enough bits and pieces to make sure that I would be ahead of any failure rate......Plus I have to confess that I like's my gadgets .......And it seems like I'm in the same stable as a lot of people on this sit, as in, once you have one you just have to try another........

Its also quite nice to have a few on the go at once as well.....I'm using three at the moment......I've got a 901 with Wicked 36mg menthol in it, one of the Midnyte's has got the 36mg French Pip in and the Cigar has got 18mg cigar carts in it......I just pick which ever one suits my mood.......

Still loving the Midnyte's out of the ones I've got........Seems to have a better hit, more vapour from a shorter draw and it brings out the liquids flavour more than the rest......Batteries seem really good as well.......Apart from them lasting almost twice as long as the ones on the 901, I'm also not noticing any reduction in vapour until around the last 10 or so puffs before the battery does the 30 blinks bit........
