Aight been being kinda a ghost here on the ECF. Made an account a few weeks ago and this is my first post lol.
Anyways I am fairly new to vaping, for only about 3 weeks, after 10 years of smoking analogs, and ordered the ultimate starter set from V2 and i have been loving it. And As of Monday been mixing my own refills, Got a lot of my information on here the ECF and have been successfully been vaping my own e-juice.
Anyway i do have a question, On alot of the youtube videos i see a bunch of people just dripping a few drops into their PV and vaping away, What i am alittle confused on is their types of setups. Is theirs a tank setup, or a special mod? And if so can anyone point me to some info about them?

Welcome aboard! Seems a little odd to say that since you've been here longer than I have . I can't help you out on dripping suggestions since I have no experience with it, but I'm sure a more seasoned member will be along shortly to share some dripping wisdom with you and point you towards some of the best threads.

Welcome , their just dripping into an atty . usually gives a better hit , and more flavor . You use an atty . (your carts went on it ) and a drip tip . ( drip the juice through the hole in the tip ) You can usually drip 2 or 3 drops at a time , without flooding it (gurgling ) When the flavor starts to disappear , or you start to get a burnt taste , it means your atty is dry and needs a few more drops .

Welcome to ECF!!

Dripping onto an atty (using a 3-piece setup, battery-atty-cart) is simple but takes
a bit of practice. (if I could have the ones I destroyed starting out..)
Remember to keep the atty damp, not too wet, and don't let it get too hot, too dry.
Balanced properly the flavor and vapor are great.

Cartos (using a 2-piece, battery-carto) is simpler, so long as the carto is damp,
vapor and nic are produced, very simple, easy to use.

Basically that's it- if you get a "drip tip," then (at least when you're home) you won't have to keep taking it off. You can just drip through the hole in the mouthpiece directly onto the atty.

I use a variety of carts, cartos, and tanks when out and about, but mostly drip at home. Get a few good drip tips, and you're good to go.

Best,
Ande
