Four years since my first cig free day.

The first one I was really excited. The second and third I didn't even realise until they were gone. This one for some reason I was looking forward to.

No treats though. I don't even need anything. Did recoil all my tanks yesterday so I would have nice fresh vapes this morning.

Wish I had the answer to that one. If I have to go without a vape for a few hours I start to get itchy. On planes I get by fine with nic lozenges. I have no idea what would happen if I couldn't vape at all any more. I know enough about this stuff to be sure the demon is still lurking back in my subconscious somewhere. It doesn't go away, it just goes quiet.

As long as I can vape I have no fear about going back to smoking though.
