i'll be getting my 2nd hand aluminum ggtb, can i anodize it? i haven't seen one, or will it fail?why? im planning to anodize the outside of the main body of the GGTB only.

even if you anodize the outside only?how about polishing the inside part till the aluminum shows up, will it still lose conductivity?
I can't give you direction; just relay what Imeo said. Why don't you do one and let us know if it works

ok ill try to research more regarding this before proceeding, anyway i wont be getting my ggtb till thursday
not yet buddy. I am still on vacations but my sister came to vilage and she brought her laptop with her. She didnt use it yet because I am trying 4 hours now to catch the threads here! lol

wow just got my ggtb, and wow it so shiny its got my finger prints all over it. i'll ask my friend if he can mask the threads if i'll try to anodize it, i'll keep that in mind imeo, wont anodize the caps. overall im very happy with it, just the size i want
