Hey all. Ive just finished building my 3rd ever genesis build.

After dry burning and making sure there wasnt any hot spots and the coil was burning from the centre out i filled up and pulsed some more.

this time however im seeing hot spots.

It wasnt apparent at first but now theres juice in the tank every 3rd burn either the 1st, bottom or middle will glow.

not sure why this is happening so i just thought id ask you fine people for some advice.

Should ld i just give up and start again from scratch?

Check and see if the mesh behind the area that's getting hot is "pushed in" a bit. With hollow mesh, sometimes you'll get a flat spot and if there is a gap between the coil and the mesh, it can cause hot spots...

That could be the prob so will give it a go. Unfortunately ive got a christening to go to so will have to check it out when i get back!! Thanks for the tip :)

And then go back to steel cable cause it's just so much better :D

Havent tried steel but will give it a go in the future
