Another Healthcabin question - Tracking #

Today is Mar 3 ... Back on Feb 21st (10 days ago) I ordered some items from Healthcabin in China. A couple of days after ordering, I was sent a China Post tracking number.

Well, I still have no shipping info when I enter the tracking number in the China Post system or the '17Track' system. Also, when I click on the tracking buttom on the Healthcabin website, all it says is "No Tracking Information" ..... Anyone else here get a tracking number from Healthcabin, but no tracking info is ever provided?

Seems strange to me that I get a tracking number, but no ability to actually track the package.

You can try sending them an email. Sometimes it happens that you receive the tracker, with the package being shipped at a later time. Healthcabin is a reliable shop, also try "ninja tracker" as lately 17track is often down

Probably nothing to worry about. They or the postal service could be backed up from Chinese New Year that runs the first 2 weeks in February. As you might know, products from China can take 2 or 3 weeks.

What would be worrisome would be a case of some sort of confiscation at customs during a tariff climate.

I must say never really had issue with HC, the tracking however is bit of a shame sometimes as mentioned, but that's down to trackers themselves.
All my orders in past I've received within a month(depending on if I pre order then that's a different kettle of fish) so I wouldn't worry so much.

Google china tracking and paste that tracking number into every one that comes up. Some will work, even update at different times.
