Another lurker joining the crowd!

Hello, I've been hiding on the shadows for awhile. Was a 2 pack a day smoker. Smoked for about 18 years. I've been vaping with no analogs for almost 3 months now and not looking back. I've gotten a few friends and family members to leave analog behind as well. I just wish i had found this forum before i wasted so much cash on weaksauce express kits. Oh well live and learn i guess. Currently using a Kgo model and love it. Thank you all for the wealth of knowledge. I look forward to joining in the fun!

hi SomeBeach. I'm in the same boat, I've been lurking for awhile myself. 1+ pack a day smoker for 25 or so years. I've been vaping for 3 months and have bought 2 packs of cigs in that time. Both when I forgot to charge my batteries the night before I went to work. I started on the Safecig Micro which is an extremely small battery that I would use up pretty quickly, so without any options I broke down. But have since bought an ego and not had a single analog since. Good luck to you on your smoke free journey.

Come on in a sit a spell! As a fellow S. Florida resident I am always eager to see more of my neighbors take up vapeing. SW or SE Florida? No matter how much you think you have wasted think of it this way..you are off the stinkies now so wasn't it was worth it in the long run? Most of us here have done the very same thing.

I have a similar story, I started on a riva (similar to other eGo clones,) but it took me about ten months of lurkerdom to finally start posting... So welcome, I think you'll like it here.

lol Thanks Bradder! lapua I got so sick of charging and my battery would die before my other one charged, i almost gave up. Thank God for big batts! Good luck to you as well! sidetrack yes it was well worth it! I'm in sw right near Fort Myers. We have a bunch of vape shops opening around here I'm quite happy about that. Are you on the gulf side as well?

Welcome to ECF! I also quit my 25+yr PAD habit when I started vaping. It's been over 2 months & I haven't wanted a cig. No cravings. And better selection of flavor. I've been happy using my eGo kit.

Welcome to ECF SomeBeach - this is the best place to be a vaper! If you're up for a road trip there is a vapers meet in Largo (St Pete/ Clearwater area) this Saturday March 24, and Vapestock will be in Indian Rocks Beach in June!
Be sure to check out the Florida section of the board - there are lots of friendly vapers and quite a few groups that have regular or semi regular meets
