Hello all!!!

I've been vaping for about three months now and absolutely love it. I was a pack a day smoker for about thirty years and just decided I needed a change. A co-worker was vaping and decided to try it out. At the end of the first day of vaping I tried smoking a cigarette and threw it out. Haven't touched another cigarette since. My first device was a disposable from a gas station and it was not that good. I went to ego twist and am now experimenting with APV's. Hope to learn a lot from everyone here!

WELCOME!!!

I am pretty new to vaping too and I have learned a lot really quickly. I started with an ego and I'm now using the evic because I like sweet flavors and some of them need the VV so I can warm them up. Do a lot of reading, ask a lot of questions and try a lot of juices. You'll find the better the juice and equipment, the better your vaping experience.

I bought a starter kit for my brother with an ego battery and gave him a Kanger T3s tank and he is now off the stinkies! He loves it and it was the best $30 I have ever spent! :vapor:

I agree with what has been said so far! I am fairly new to all of the vaping... I used the e-cig years ago and boy have they changed! Now it is fun, sexy, cool and is an amazing tool to replace analog cigs! I am using the Kanger Pro II with an eGo t.... I love it! I also love trying new flavors. I got my stuff from Best Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid - MyFreedomSmokes.com, fast, inexpensive and QUALITY products!

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. I got my ego set from a local B&M store but haven't returned as I think they were pretty high on prices and service was just so so. I have found another store near my work that is a bit more reasonable with great service so I frequent there. I have made a few purchases online (still waiting on shipment from fasttech). Looking at some of the setups in that picture thread this hobby could get very expensive :D

Hey Paul, I am in Long Beach also. What B&M did you go to? What area of Long Beach, are you in?

I quit only a few months ago myself.

Hey Greg!!

Near the 405 & 710. The store was Smokeless Success.

Hi Paul, I have picked up some juice there. If you continue to go there, don't let them talk you into a Mech with a atomizer. A friend of mine did not listen to me about going slow, and they make him a .3 ohm atomizer on some expensive Mech. It stopped working for him, and he went back to smokes. He came over today, I fixed the atomizer for him, one of the wraps was grounded. Gave him one of my Protank IIs with a couple of 1.8ohm heads, and he is fine now. I told him to keep it simple.

Smokeless never even showed him how to take care of his atomizer or rebuild. Kind of pi**ed me off.

I go to the Revolver shop up by Lakewood Blvd and Carson. The kid who owns the shop, has good customer service. Not a lot of options, but good customer service. One of the reasons I bought the RSST from there, and a DBOX Clearomizer(bigger Protank).

Good to know Greg. I probably won't be returning there as I found a new shop near my work but may have to check out Revolver. Is that the name of the business? Did you get the Dbox Puritank from there? I just threw out my Puritank last week. The bottom separated as my ejuice was apparently eating away the glue. I just picked up a Protank II.
