Well Ill start by saying ive been hearing commercials on the radio for a free electronic cigarette from smokerelief. I thought many times about calling but It sounded so much like a blue hippo commercial or something that I didnt want to give them my credit card. But it did peak my interest in vaping.

So I was in my local dirt cheap cigarettes store the other day and they had a sign saying we have electronic cigarettes and I asked the guy about them. He showed em to me and told me all he knew about em and he got me. So I bought one. An Envy Bliss (envycig.com).

So I got home and tried it out and it seems they got something working for them. I like the inhaling of the cigarette.. I dont think my addiction is so much physical as psychological. So this seems like it will at least help me cut down. Ive smoked since I was ten and just turned 30. I smoke about 2 packs a day. If this can even get me down to one pack a day its a worthwhile investment. So I decided to seek out more info on these things.
Thats how I came across this forum. Now I dont know if I got a decent one. I cant seem to find any other threads about this brand.

I had my wife try it and she is the same as me.. its keeps her hands busy.. its more a psychological thing and she thinks she will actually quit with these.(she only smokes about a pack a day) So in my looking around the site I ran across a thread with an extremely cheap one at 13 bucks and I ordered one. Were gonna try these out and if they work out for us then I will go buy better ones. I just dont want to spend a bunch of money on something that may end up in a junk drawer. Right now Ive got less than 100 bucks out on these and our health is worth that so were gonna give em a go and see what happens.

Anyway this forum seems like the place to find all the info I need. It is just overwhelming right now. And Im not a good searcher I guess because info that I know has to be on this site I cant find.

Well theres my story. Thanks for reading it and happy vaping.

Kavey.....Some would say the "Hand to Mouth" part of smoking is as great of an addiction as nicotine itself(I would agree),also the sensation of inhaling(throat-hit).Fourtunatly e-cigs can provide for both of those actions. The nicotine is a plus as well.Sounds as if(at two packs a day)yours situation may be a combination of all the above....Lots of links and reviews for different dvices here on the forum...Good Luck!!:)The Wiz!

Well, welcome to the forum Kavey and congrats on trying the new experience and I hope you find it rewarding. Hey you've got plenty of time to search the forums for tons of information so just enjoy. Whether it's more psychological or physiological, I don't care as long as it works. Good to have you in the family. Cheers.

i got the envy for the fact that they are at every smoke shop i also live in CO and the main disputer is right hear too.

the warranty process was slow for an atty replacement took 2 week ( i broke the atty by twisting the cart off. )

the batt last me 3 hours and a pretty good vaping only thing i don't like it it has a safety that if you smoke it to much it will shut it off for about 3 min. if you take 3-5 sec drags that fixes the problem for the most part.

it is a good and pretty cheap starter that you can just pick up but there are better this is my only super mini if i had an extra batt it could become a daily vaper but the cart is small i also have a 801 from Njoy and it is much better for not refilling.

Well I didnt want to spend a ton before I even tried it. As of now its not working so well but I got juice on the way.. I think with some decent juice it will probably work better.
Works fine with a new cartridge but they dont last long so Im just using it some until I get the juice then I am gonna experiment and see if its any better. But I will say today its 8 pm and ive only smoke right at a pack so it has helped at the very least.
I think we need another server here. All day ive been getting server too busy when I click on a thread or try to do pretty much anything. Now im getting it while trying to post this. Ill try a few more times.

Welcome to the forum! I'm just getting started as well but I've already invested over $100 as I am trying to find what will work for me. I've got the 510 - good but absolutely horrid battery time, inconsistent hits and vapor although when it's good it is good. Also have an EVO (m402 type) which is awesome but the carts go empty fast! But the battery holds up better than the 510 and the draw and vapor are close to analog. And then there is the M201 - great cart size, reasonable time on batteries, goes through lots of juice, is somewhat finicky when filling the cart, but seems to be the one I keep going to as it works the longest and is more consistent than the 510.

Have the feeling I'm going to get the Vapre51 or another battery mod so I don't end up withy things being charged from every outlet in the house!

And I haven't even started trying out all of the flavors yet....

Welcome to the forum, Kavey.

There is a wealth of information here but it takes a little while to wade through (worth it, though).

You'll find lots of advice on which e-cig is best, the best e-juice, etc... I own 3 different models myself including the M401 and DSE901 along with a battery mod and there's something about all of them I like. Nobody can tell you which model is best for you, but I WILL recommend from a money standpoint that it's best to settle on just one or two because you're going to find that you'll need extra batteries, atomizers and cartridges for whatever you buy. Those things wear out in time and have to be replaced. With a possible ban by the FDA looming a lot of us are stockpiling a bit in case the worst happens.

Read everything you can here and you'll be fine. The smaller mini's like the 401 are smaller to carry around but a bit trickier to refill. The larger mini's like the 901 hold a little more e-juice and are easier to refill. The best thing to do is just jump into the forum and start learning!
