First of all this is my first post so hello everyone :)

I'm a pack a day menthol smoker that is thinking of trying to transition to E-cigs. So I'm just looking for some insight as to what would be recommended. I've done some reading on the board and have kinda narrowed down what I'm looking for.
I want something that has about the same length and size of actual cigs so I'm thinking a super mini is what I'm after. But I do want a good hit and to not have to refil the thing every hour. I'd also like it to be as user friendly as possible (not a pain to clean or tempermental)
While I don't want to get ripped off I'm deffinately willing to pay more money to get a quality product that is exactly what I want, so in that aspect money is not an object.

Any particular models/suppliers you guys recommend

I know I didn't ask much LoL

Thanks for any help or advice in advance :D

Well just to follow up . . . I ordered a Mini-Fogger from janty and a 901 from altsmoke. I have since done more home work and relized I should have ordered a couple extra attys . . . How many is it prudent to have on hand ? Anything else I'm missing? Who has the best jucie, I'm trying to get away from analogs so I'm not looking for tobacco flavour . . . .

For the Mini-Fogger, I'd have one extra on hand. Janty has a great warranty, so I feel fairly confident with one backup part to hold me while I wait on a replacement. If you buy too many Janty extra parts, you run the risk of the warranty expiring before you use the extras. :)

For the 901, how many is too many? So much of it depends on what you want to protect against. If you're worried about always having an atomizer on hand, then I personally recommend 3 to 5. Sounds like a lot, but it's sometimes hard to get atomizers. (However, I should say that even when atomizers are hard to find, you can still generally find something if you're willing to pay a higher price.)

If, like me, you're kind of stocking up in case the FDA really cracks down, then the sky is the limit.

Alright thanks for the feedback I'll order another atty for the mini-fogger then and prob a couple for the 901 as well. Probably wait a bit to do that tho just to see if I can hack switching to the e-cigs from analogs (just in case I can't I don't wanna throw a ton of cash down the drain) I ordered a couple different jucies from Janty tho and a few pre filled carts. Any particular flavour and company everyone recommends to get jucies through . . .

Yeah, when first starting out with e-cigs, some folks find it difficult to really believe that it will work. Even now that I'm now going on 4 months being tobacco-free, it's still hard to believe. :) My guess is you'll do just fine with the transition. And in the extremely unlikely event that you don't enjoy vaping, you can always sell your stuff in the buy/sell section of the forum. ;)

You made a good choice to order some juices along with your e-cigs. It's hard to give e-cigs a fair try without juice, imo.

My two favorite brands of liquid are Janty and PureSmoker. PureSmoker is so popular that it has trouble staying in stock, but when you can get it, their sampler is a great chance to try a lot of different flavors.

I love the Janty heavy shag for a hard-hitting tobacco taste. My favorite PureSmoker flavor is Cash True Menthol--doesn't really taste of tobacco, but it's awesome--the closest thing to menthol tobacco cigarettes, imo. Another flavor most folks seem to enjoy is RY4 (Janty) or Riskee Yuice (PureSmoker)--light tobacco with undertones of caramel, providing a kind of sweet taste. Honestly, though, I didn't like it all that much when I first started vaping--too subtle--but once my tastebuds started to recover from 30 years of smoking, I decided RY4/Riskee tasted great. :)

You can also try Johnson Creek--they offer a sampler pack, but it's heavy on the non-tobacco flavors, so that might not appeal. Many folks seem to enjoy the Tennessee Cured.

I suppose it goes without saying, though, that taste is a very personal thing. ;)
