Another Sig Issue

Okay as I am rather new to being an avid forum user, take it easy on me if this is something very simple. I have read "how many post do I need to.." and I have 16 post and still do NOT see a "Edit Signature" (which is suppose to be under "edit avatar"? Am I over looking something or not even looking in the correct place? Tried looking for this at 15 post and at 16, being I don't post that often, this is an ongoing issue heh.

Ah okay, now I see the "Edit Signature". I'll have to toy with my sig now I see the option, thanks alot for the quick response!
