Another story about the great service from Lite Cig

I orderd two attys on july13-14 and they were shipped on 15 by way of usps. (Now USPOS).

On july 31 i contacted the usps customer service 1 800 ASK USPS.
I was told over the phone that they would get back to me.

I also contacted LiteCig the same day and explaned that i did not get my order yet.

LiteCig resent the order on the 31 and i got it today.
I not only got the package but there was a real nice free gift in there also.

I am sure LiteCig lost money on me and i will order again from them.
This is another BIG +1 for LiteCig and customer service.
If you are not sure about ordering from Lite Cig. Do not wonder any more, they stand behind what they sell 100 and 10 %

Here is the rest of the story.
Today usps called me at 7.15 from phone number 1 859 219 2266 (a local number to me).

The lady on the phone said there was nothing they could do since the package was not delevered to the post office.

I stated that the sender sent several packages that day and everyday.
They went to the trouble to get an electronic notification and he was a internet retailer and was very honest.

He had no reason to lie, if i wanted i could just charge back the order and it would have cost him money, so to say that he did not send the package was crazy at best, im sure he sent it along with the others.

she just stated that since there was no insurance that there was nothing she could do.

Guess what, there is something i can do. I am going to keep calling uspos until they refund the amount for the two attys i ordered so i can return the money back to litecig.

I am on vacation for two weeks so i have nothing better to do than call people on my cell phone all day.

I must be getting crazy in my old age :rolleyes:

Once again, For anyone who is not sure if they should order from LiteCig or not.
Go ahead, you will not be sorry, Customer service is 100 and 10 %.
