Another Super 6 question

When I use 2 cr2s the button has almost no travel. I have 0 washers on the switch and I am us ultrafire cr2s. the fist time I used them the button was fine, then I changed the batteries and barely touched the button and it went off. I looked for something stuck in there and got nothin. Thanks for reading and any help you might have for me

Just to make sure, make sure there are no brass washers on there in addtion to removing te silver lock washer (theres a brass one on there when i ship it and it sometimes is easy to miss as it blends in with brass contact). That being the case, it sounds like you have some extra long batteries then "usual". But no problem, I can machine 50 thousandths or soo off your button on the inside. The only major bummer being you have to ship the button to me, but since it's only a 1 minute machining job, i can have it done asap and back out to you.

I've got 2 CR2 batteries (green ultrafires) that are longer than the rest of mine and they have this same problem...they're both physically longer than the others and you can see it...I so love the QC that the UF manufacturer has

Phi had the same problem with one of his devices. His batts seemed about 2-3mm longer from one set to the other. Now that seems small on a ruler, but 2-3mm might as well be an inch.
