Not to fill your forum with thank you notes, but Liberty consistently exceeds my expectations.
I needed a battery fast. I placed my order and sent Ty a note from the website. Anyway, the battery arrived in three days.
That's across the country from CA to RI. Thank you very much Ty, I only wish you sold cars too

Here! Here! regarding Ty! I had a question about the power head for the eGo T mod...and he answered really quick! And then when I got worried because I didn't see an update on my order as quick as I thought it should have updated (they have spoiled me at LF...always so fast!) I sent another email asking about if there was a problem. Ty came right back and assured me all was fine, and sure enough within minutes my order status was updated, and two days later I was holding my order in my hands. Love it!
