Another "Whoa, this is the best comppany ever!" Post

Thus is my first thread (yay, just passed the 15 post threshold), and I want to use it to add my story to everyone else's, about how awesome Vapor4Life is. I ordered my Manual Ultimate Ultimatum kit about two weeks ago, and was so happy with the Vapor King, but I had the bad luck to have a bad passthrough and wall charger (I seriously have bad luck in general, so this is no reflection of their products). I emailed V4L, and almost immediately I got a reply from Valerie. I just got both of my replacements (three days after my email), AND they threw in a free battery. I heard from others here how they often give freebies with orders, but I never expected a battery! I wrote a thank you letter to Val, posting it below:

"Valerie,
Thank you , thank you, thank you! You guys have a customer and advocate for life! Just got my new chrome battery, along with the wall charger - and the freebie black battery! I heard on ECF that you guys throw in freebies often, but I never expected an extra battery! I can't tell you how blown away I am by your customer service. You answered me immediately each time, and sent over the replacements parts in record time. Unheard of. You guys make me so happy :) I've already "converted" a coworker, a coworker's mother, three friends and a friend of a friend. I'm going on ECF and adding my story of how amazing you guys are. I hope you guys crowd out all the competition, because you guys are above and beyond the best.

Valerie is teh awesome.

I've already gushed about how amazing they are, but I didn't mention that when I asked for a specific color shorty, whomever packed my order (Mark?) took the time to write a note saying they were out of them. Then he crossed it out and wrote "I found one for you!" And that little chrome shorty is my favorite battery.

They are all awesome beyond belief. You can tell they love what they do, which makes me love it even more.

I just ordered a chrome manual on Sunday and cant wait to get it. I told my friends that vape about V4L and how thier customer service is the best hands down. I have been training customer service and sales for 4 years and I am blown away. They are one of the few companys that actually care about their customers. I sent an email to them last Saturday and got a response within hours!! :thumbs:

I don't mean to sound like an idiot but I can't seem to get a response from V4L. I have a bunch of stuff picked out from the website but I noticed that they are located about 45 min from me so I wanted to know if I can actually go there and make purchases. I have sent a few emails but have gotten no response and I cannot find a phone number. Now I wish I would have just ordered online because I'm getting anxious to get the goods. I don't want to buy another disposable...yuck.
 
V4L was my second e cigg purchase and I am so happy I found V4L early. I have a confession. Due to the shortage of juice on V4L I started looking else where for juice. Every place I found was more expensive and had a much smaller selection. So staying with V4L and I will just make small orders of what they have available and wait for the but heads and customs to pull their heads out of their buts and let us have our juice!!!

Today marks 1 month of no analogs. Man do I feel sooooo much healthier. I smoked for 19 years and tried everything except hypnotizm to quit. When I got my PV it was like not even trying.

I can't put into words how grateful my wife and I are to you guys. Now I will have more years with my wife and kids and those years will be healthier.

So I will simply say: From the bottom of my heart, Thank You.

That's odd. I've never waited longer than 24 hrs for a reply. Mostly it's just a couple hours. And I send them to customer service (directly from the website). Here's the phone # from Mark's business card: 224-723-5340.

I'm stoked to be getting this stuff, I just started vaping a week ago. I quit smoking 2 months ago and I haven't been able to stop thinking about smoking - it haunts me day and night. Now that I've found vaping, I don't think about smoking anymore and I know that this time I will never start again.

Yep, that's the email I've always used. Anyway, I would send Mark an email tonight and call the number in the morning.

I know how you feel! We all do here. I quit two years ago with Wellbutrin, I turned into a raving maniac, gained 30 pounds, and finally, 4 months later, drove to a gas station at 12:35 AM and got a pack of smokes. Don't do that. Call Mark.
