My partner and I have been vaping on DBSBs for some time now. We were very satisfied, just loving our DBs.
Enter the colored SBs. I just had to have a green one! It came a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. My partner was not so happy - actually kind of jealous.
So, when the pink SBs went on sale this weekend, I ordered one on Monday as a surprise for her.
Altsmoke shipped it out Tuesday and I have been following it's progress online.
At work today I checked the USPS website and it stated that it was delivered at 12:18pm.
Work ended and I rushed home so I could get it all set up before Terri got home from work.
The package was not in our mailbox, it was not at either door, it was nowhere.
I am so bummed!
Guess I will wait till I have enough money and order another one.
Again, I am so bummed!

I would call your local post office to check to see where they actually dropped it off. I've heard of packages being placed in weird spots, and then there's always the off chance that it wasn't actually delivered but accidentally scanned that way when it arrived at the post office. I would call them first thing in the morning and inquire about he package that was marked as delivered and to see if it was delivered to inquire to the delivery person where they may have left it.

Luckily, the post office is open tomorrow :) Let us know how it goes, we're open until 4PM EST as well :)

My husband works for the post office. He said to call the PO to see if they can ask the carrier if he left it in a different place. Some carrier might bring it back to the office if it doesn't fit in the mailbox and they feel it is unsafe to leave it at the door. It could have been delivered to the wrong address, not a common practice but it does happen. Also he said it could have been scanned improper and it could arrive today. I would put AltSmoke on alert in case it gets shipped back to them. Good Luck and let us know if you get it. :)

Well, I stalked my mail person today. I asked her about the package. She told me that she did deliver the package yesterday. So it looks like that is the end of my pink SB! It was stolen!

I will be getting in touch with USPS Monday to report the theft and to demand a locked mailbox be provided for me on the street.

And I will also start saving up enough money to order another pink SB soon. I just hope pink is still in stock.

Still loving on my DBSB and my green SB - just a bummer kind of day.

Thanks for your concern, Karen.

I'm very saddened to hear that someone stole from you, especially something that you intended for a loved one! But usually when you have an experience like this that makes you wonder about people and be more distrustful of others something wonderful happens that reminds you of the kindness and compassion of your fellow human beings. So, look forward to that day when a stranger puts a smile on your face and chalk this up to experience (I know it taught me a lesson, I think I will have my items held at the Post Office too).

Oh and i was wondering, do you or your neighbors have security cameras that show the sidewalk and might narrow down who may have passed by after the Mail Person? Maybe it's someone from the neighborhood that you could identify. Just a thought.

We have a locking mailbox. It's kind of huge, but a small flat rate box can be delivered into it. We put it up in 2008 after several reports of stolen mail in the area. Both or our Bullets were delivered into this mail box. I hope someone turns the package in, because I'd be willing to bet it was mis-delivered and your mail person doesn't want to admit it. I could be wrong (frequently am, I'm only human :) ). Hope it gets found. ((((hugs))))
