Been 0 mg for about 9 mo. now and love it! Started at 18mg and it took about 6 mo. to slowly ween myself off the nic to avoid any withdrawal symptoms. You might want to checkout these threads.

About 9 months ago I decided to leave the Cinnamon out of my DIY Blend. Unknowingly also left the nicotine out of that batch. When I discovered it I decided. . .I didn't need it either. Ever since then I've been 0Nic0FA, Zero Nicotine Zero Flavor Added. It's just a hand to mouth thing for me anymore. Just in it for the oral gratification. I look at it like, after 52 years of smoking tobacco. . .I accidentally quit smoking tobacco. JMHO

Went from low to no nic, do notice a lack in TH, but it's a nice thing, 20+ years of analogues has done enough damage, wouldn't mind to give it a rest..

it depends on ur juice and PV setup, is u use more PG maybe 90/10 pg-vg even at O nic ul get th, if u use atomizers compared to cartos, confirmed you will still get th on omg nic on the right set up!,
