1.5ohm is a low resistance atomizer used to simulate high vaping on a standard 3.7V/ego type battery which gives warmer & morevapour as compared to using 3ohm Atty on 3.7V battery which gives a much cooler/less vapour. If u compare both as what U have mentioned, then the difference is almost negligible/no effect=same. If u use a 1.5ohm Atty on a 5V battery, chances are warm vapour, burnt taste & blown out Atty.
Hope this helps.

Thxs for the answer,
so is the conclusion that vaping at 1.5ohm 3.7v is the Same as vaping at 3.0ohm 5.25v cos its giving almost the same voltage?
Im using 3.7v ego, thought of investing variable voltage, but its seems tat using LR 1.5ohm on 3.7v is equivalent to using variable voltage on 3ohms....
thxs

Yes, that is correct. Investing on a variable voltage device is the convinience when u have many different atties (eg. LR1.5ohm,2.7ohm,etc) to suit ur vaping style. Some use LR1.5ohm @4.2V~4.5V. It is up to individual. For 5V and above, most would recommend 2.7ohm~3ohm Atty a.k.a High Voltage atty...To each his own...

Sometimes U need to vape at a slightly higher voltage to get the taste & vapour U desired since most atties & juices are made from different supplier, hence the need to invest in a VV device to suit Ur needs.
