I've noticed that the cisco's vape hotter, seem to use more juice. I like them better. Much closer to a 5v vape then the boge atties.

before your first vape you need to flood the atty with 5-7 drops for about 5min, so not to burn the wick. After that you should get a nice clean vape without any burnt taste. I killed my first atty by not doing this.

Good Luck!

PS. Keep them wet.

At least you only killed one :)
I burnt my first 4 Cisco attys last October before Frank (Cisco) gave me that advice.
His exact words were "Cover the bridge completely with juice and wait 10 minutes"

I have now named it the 10/10 rule .... 10 drops for 10 minutes :)

I've never used the Boge attys before.

I like Cisco 2Ω though. But I have noticed that the Joye 1.5 attys that I get for under 5 bucks perform more like a 2Ω than a 1.5Ω Cisco. Although the draw is different and they feed differently.

I've actually been enjoying the Joye 1.5 the last few weeks off and on.
I didn't like them at first, but I realized I was running them way too wet.

That seems to be a fundamental difference between Joye and Cisco ..... Cisco's need to be really really wet in comparison.

I can't help it...when the Ciscos are good, they're soooooooooooo gooooooooooooood :)

The problem with me is I've never had one be "good" for more than 6 or 8 hours.

In the last 7 months I don't think I have kept the same Cisco atty on a REO or any PV for more than 24 hours.
Then it comes off and goes in the to be cleaned pile. I really loose all the flavor ... can't even tell what flavor I'm vaping on.
Thats why I have 18 Cisco attys in rotation for 4 REOs ... that leaves me cleaning every 4 days.

I've been finding I can leave the Joye attys on for days without messing with them :)
And for half the price. I've been doing the SR with the 5v batt and the LR 1.5 on 3.7 ....
They feed differently and vape dryer, but once you get used to it ... not bad at all.
Day 3 for the LR and I can still taste that its Gorilla Juice so thats a major improvement.

OK, I'm going to say something that is bound to jinx me...I have 1.5 ohm 306's in both Minis and 2.0 ohm 510 in my Woodvil, and they are going on 1 1/2 weeks without flavor loss, clogging or cleaning *knock on wood* *ptuee* *knock on Woodvil* *fingers crossed* *dance of praise to the atty gods*

Many people do, it must be operator error on my part, but If I haven't figured it out in 7 months I guess Its time to switch attys. I feel like I run the Cicso's way too wet, but if I don't I can get a hint of burnt wick taste.

I know the Joye 1.5 take about 1/3 the squonk a Cisco 1.5 needs :)

I agree with the cisco 510's doing this too. Same thing happened with the joye 510 lr's as well in my case. Thats when I switched to 306lr's and haven't looked back. They are NOT "that" hard to learn to use imho...:)

IDK, my first 3 Cisco 306's were disasters. Maybe I learned how to use them better, or maybe these are from a "good" batch.

Same here. Was using Cisco LR 510 2.0 and 1.8 ohm on my Woodvil and Grands but then after a few hours, I couldn't taste the flavor either. The Cisco LR306 2.0ohm tasted better and a bit longer but then flavor also. I might try out the 1.5ohm and see how they fare.

Right now, its cartos for me. :D

Im in Margie camp on this, I cant say if there is a flavor loss cause I eat habanero peppers, pour tabasco sauce on everthing love my Lava Juice so Im no judge of taste or the lack of. But Cisco attys have been consistant in profromance and life span for me. Any new Cisco atty I purposely flood the very first time I pop it on my REO...after that they are good to go. they need to be wet especially from the start. Other attys are more forgiving when it come to keeping them wet but in the long run die or loose performance faster. I never clean mine other than a blowout with can air once in a while.
