Any Ego-C mods for better flavor?

I love the convenience of the ego tanks but after trying a Boge LR carto, the taste I'm getting is night and day. A good tobacco on a carto tastes way better. If I put the same juice in a tank I literally can't taste anything unless I stop vaping for a few hours and eat a big meal or something. Anyway I think it might be due to the vapor temperature. I already use low resistance attys on the ego and was wondering if there were any mods that would allow a warmer vapor. I have a DCT on the way and perhaps that's the way to go but just wanted to get an opinion from you guys.

If you think your tobaccos taste better at higher wattages and you're already using a lr atty (lowest i've seen is rated at 1.5ohms) & need hotter I'd suggest one of those VV ego batts that go up to 4.2 or 4.7 volts. Maybe even a LT/BP/PV with an ego atty adapter. At 5.5 volt setting on the SR 2.8 ohm attys that's ~10watts of vaping power! But you shouldn't need to get nearly that hot
