Are there any eGos that look like a real cigarette? I've tried searching but can't seem to find any. If not, what is the closet e-cig to an eGo that does look like an analog?

Even if one gets a paint job colored like a cigarette, eGos are so much larger that it will never look like one. None of the big batt e-cigs are ever going to look like an analog because of the size difference.

the closest i've found is a 401 ( my first starter kit, bought a few years ago on the vegas strip) Now that one looks totally like a real cigarette.

Yep, an M401 or M402 may be what you are looking for but you will not find an EGO that looks like an analog cigarette.
an ego is the size of a small cigar--a 650 mah with an ego cartomizer reminds me of a "swisher sweet" something i used to smoke as a teenager (swiped from my father) . Never seen a brown battery but a little spray paint and voila a sometimes a cigar is an e-cigarette...
I suggest permanent marker. I just tried it on a pink battery to turn it black and it worked beautifully. I covered it heavily, let it dry and scrubbed off the excess. The color from the marker died thr rubber cover quite evenly.
Another idea would be to use shelf paper. Most black atomizers are just steel ones with a black sticker on them anyway. It would probably work just as well on a battery.
