Have to agree with Viking here. I bought a Vmod because it was cheaper ($80ish for mod, battery and charger on one of their sales) and discovered pretty quickly they're cheap in every sense of the word. After six weeks I had to send it in for warranty replacement because of a huge crack on the plastic chassis. I then bought a Reo Grand and RM2. The difference is night and day. BTW the grand runs $145 and the Rm2 40. You can also get blemished mods for $115 when he has 'em. You don't have to get both at once, but I would definitely recommend getting them both at some point. There's a Vmod thread in liquid feed and Reo sub forum in the vendors area. Check them out.

There's the Vision Aurora that just came out for $25. It has a tiny liquid squeezer (doesn't fit anything else) but there's no reason concerning physics that it shouldn't work as good as anything else. The liquid squeezer is even it's own juice catcher, it has an adapter tube where you also use Nova heads (if I remember correctly), and they sell the bottles individually too where you can have multiple ones filled up at a time and ready to be changed (though they don't have caps - only some 3ml caps work on them...) I have one coming in so I'll review that soon. People really seem to love them so far, there's only one single report of a funky taste, but I'd say that anything you get truly needs a good alcohol wash - most of it depends on the atomizer you put on it.

It's truly what I'd suggest trying before anything else. $100+ for any device is pretty ridiculous in these times, especially for companies that may or may not have good return policies. If you're careful with your devices (like I am), there's also no reason it shouldn't last forever. Even if you'd later opt for an upgrade, $25 isn't too bad, and I'm sure they'll be coming down in price before long. Many suggest using Stingray atomizers with it, though I'm trying Cisco for high resistance. People also say that the iClear 30/30S works like a charm with any type of juice as long you let it soak and wick overnight with each filling, and I rarely see any reports of bad tastes or faults with those (they exist, but much less than with Kanger products). Many say the taste is a bit muted with those, but very clean none the less. I'm reviewing those too.
