Dutch Chocolate Mint from Capella's is good. PA's current chocolate is weak. She will have double chocolate like Capella's soon which she told me this week when I talked to her on the phone. I haven't perfected my thin mint recipe yet, but I am using Capellas dutch choc mint and a touch of capella's graham cracker flavor and some sweetner.
