hello I am new I have made a nice little juice with loranns kaoke(Kahlua) 9 % stevia 2% and English toffee 4% in a 50 to 50 pg vg mix at 12 mg /ml nic it is vapable I warmed it in hot water a couple times
my question -when I use my commercial Vader pudding by maple leaf vapes in my ego tank at 7.5 watts there is very little noise as I vape -in my home brew it is noisy when I vape any ideas why this might be so?

When you say it is Noisy, do you mean it Pops? Or it Gurgles? Or it whispers that you should buy More e-Cigarette hardware?

God probably all of the above but I would say it is sort of a more popping sound I used the same Vaping set up for both juices just filled my tank with the Vader very little noise but with my own juice it is noisy and not as tasty but still it is only my first couple of batches

It could be that your DIY e-Liquid is a Tad Thicker that what the Retail e-Liquid is.

Popping is can be caused by trapped air pockets in the Wick. Thinner e-Liquids might help that. You might try adding a couple of Drops of Distilled Water to a 15 or 20ml test batch and see if it helps.

Better Flavor is the Quest of EVERY Person who does DIY. My only advise there is to give your e-Liquids a chance to "Steep" by putting them in a Cool, Dark Place for 3 ~ 4 Days before you Change your Recipe.
