Any Local Places to get 18650 or 16340 batteries?

Waiting on my order for batteries and my mod arrived yesterday. It's killing me to sit here and look at it and not be able to use it. Anyone know of local places, i.e. wally world etc that sells 18650 or 16340 batteries? Thanks!

Oh and can you use the RCR123As in place of the 16340s?

I saw 14500s at Wal Mart in the garden section before. Used for some outdoor lights I think.

the radio controlled hobby shops carry tons of batteries and 18650's are a fav of people building power banks..
