i did get a reply to my email... should be shipping monday... we'll see if i get a tracking number, but thus far, not terribly impressed with efun.top...
I've been asking them for the tracking number since Mon 7/20 and they keep saying they are backed up but will have tracking number tonight ( they said this 4 times this week ) they finally updated my order status this morning, from pending to complete, since I saw the status before they notified me so I finally was relaxed since the USPS has my package. ( USPS in las Vegas about .7 miles from my house) I will never ever buy/pre-order from them, not because of shipping times but extremely horrible customer service. No skills what so ever !

I am new to this forum, so this might be a stupid question.

Does everyone know that these are counterfeit Triton's and were not manufacturered by Aspire.
based on...

easy enough to check authenticity when it arrives

so, you're suggesting that the scratch and check codes, verified through Aspire's website, are essentially useless, even though Aspire provides a mechanism for verification... as I have been given to understand, a number of large e-cig product manufacturers have tagged sites as "copycat" because of ignoring MSRP pricing guidelines, but of course, everything we read on the interwebs is true, lol... /shrug - mileage may vary, here - will check scratch and check auth code when it arrives - if it authenticates AND is copycat, I reckon I will have to ask Aspire about the authenticity of their authenticity verification...

I hear what you are saying - just not sure I agree - but ultimately, I can vote with my wallet :)

vape on!

Tank, RTA and 5 pack replaceable coil heads arrived today !! Glad this nightmare is over . and it is authentic from efun.
Did you pay extra for the rta and coils, or did they just come with?

Got the shipping confirmation for mine tonight!

Looks like I'll have to track down some coils and the rta then, I was hoping it would be the full kit, but for the price oh well. :shrugs:
Cigabuy did the same thing with the Smok TFV4...the full kit comes with quad coils and the like, but if you're like me and bought the half-off preorder, you only get the tank, but again, for the price, I don't think one could do better.

I am curious why none of you cancelled your orders since Aspire has confirmed the products you purchased were not manufactured by them and are counterfeit.

or

Are you trusting the website of a product you haven't received yet over the manufacturer of the product you supposedly want? I've read posts from some that think they will be able to tell the difference between a counterfeit and a real one. That's hilarious. None of you even know what the real packaging from Aspire looks lie or what is included in the box.

I've been around the this industry for a long time and always to let new vapers know that about the number of online retailers that advertise authentic products for half the cost of Authorized dealers. I understand you want to save money, but you continue to waste money on fake products. I am curious where you have purchased your mods/devices from and how your experience with the product went.

Here is a great example:

Everyone accuses Kanger of lying about the products being authentic because Fasttech doesn't want to pay a "fee" to be an authorized reseller of Kangertech Products, so they get the product through others.

That makes no sense.

Kangertech has a global network of authorized Distributors who then sell to local retailers.

Where does fast tech fit in?

or, are we suggesting that the authenticity verification provided BY THE MANUFACTURER is not a useless system - for, if so, WHAT WOULD BE THE POINT OF THE OEM INCLUDING AUTHENTICITY VERFICATION? If the spoofers spoof the spoof-check, why do the manufacturers even bother with it - your logic seems somewhat circular here

in regards to fasttech specifically (though the OP was asking about another company entirely...), they seem to provide a reasonable degree of transparency with their differentiation between an 'authentic' product and a 'styled' product - and the couple of 'authentics' I have gotten from them have all hypothetically been verified VIA THE OEM WEBSITE as authentic... so, either the OEM is full of shtako and their verification system is poop, or... zomg... it may actually be authentic? /shrug - your mileage may vary - ultimately, I am SIGNIFICANTLY less interested in the label than I am in the performance - again, YMMV - I reckon we vote with our wallets and are responsible for the consequences, as adults
