Any other G4 cartomizer owners out there?

There are several threads on them around here IIRC.

I bought a 5-pack and they all either leaked badly or got juice up in the stem, and I thought they were too 'airy' in the vape.

Personally, I think they should be removed from the market as too inferior to offer to the public, but there's some people that like them.

Worst vaping purchase I've made IMO. :)

I am using an 808 one now. I am not getting burned flavor at 80pg/20vg. I had 70/30 in one and it was a very smooth flavor, or so I thought choco rasp. it burned the crap out of my throat on the first draw. I guess it was too thick to wick. It also made the flavor burn my mouth as in the taste not burnt/dry atty flavor but burnt my tongue like a really high nic would do it was 4mg. They do not give alot of flavor it reminds me of an ego-t flavor (not there). I have been using the same one for 3 days now and the vapor is getting better. They need time between puffs to wick. I am a chain puffer so I don't think these are for me. I will keep using them though until all 5 are dead or until i can afford some ce2's in a few weeks. The only tip I can think of is use thinner juice, it worked for me (somewhat). I think I will make up some all pg and see how that works.

I use these exclusively with my lighter niquids. They are soooo much better than filler-cartos, in my honest opinion.

I cannot use these with any of my darker (more caramel-color) niquids only the lighter ones -- else I get that darned burned taste as well. Also I noted that thicker niquids don't wick well without adjusting the center tube, which I've not found easy to do on the G4.

Another bad experience here as well.
Bought a 5 pack, first 3 leaked and drained themselves in under a minute, what a mess.
I did use one for a bit and the vape was disappointing, flavor was ok but overall they sucked for me.
Other 2 will stay in the package and will never be used, total garbage IMO.
Not recommended.

I like them. But I'm pretty new to all of this, so I don't have much to compare them to.

Brand new, the liquid will leak right out. Even 100% VG. But if you fill them about 1/4 of the way, and lay them on their side for an hour or so, they're less leaky. It does seem that the longer I use one, the better it gets. (As in much less leaky)

Some of them take fiddling with, I've had to pull the center pin down on several to get them to work better.

I bought a 5 pk of G4s and I like them. I ordered 2.5 ohms but got 4+ ohms so I use them on my 5v mod and the flavor & vapor is great but TH not so much. I've never had one leak except for the one I put in my pocket. The rubber mouthpieces don't fit very tight and the mouthpiece came off in my jacket pocket and leak most of the juice out. Now my jacket smells like wintergreen which isn't too bad. The one thing I hate about them though is the loud, airy noise they make when I inhale. I'm not sure I can get past that so don't know if I will buy anymore. If they were quieter and the mouthpiece fit tighter than they would be great.

Edit: What ohms are you using and at what voltage? Maybe your voltage is too high for these cartos.
