I need to find a B&M vape shop where I can taste some flavors. I'm a cheapskate and not willing to pony up $5-6 for a flavor that I would never use. Pomegranite doesn't sound good, chocolate sounds too sweet... I know I would probably like some other flavors, but like I said, I'm a cheapskate

Find a vape meet instead if you can. You'll get to try more vendors and most of it is already steeped. People are there to share.

Well, yes and no. My ADV is Grey Matter (flavored tobacco) but as a noob I went out a bought about $200.00 in nasty juices from two other vendors... biig mistake. So now, after taking around 4 months to determine what's in GM, I DIY to bring them as close to GM as I can get. In doing that I'm pretty sure how to clone GM except for one thing and that's the tobacco flavor in it. I'm not willing to buy a bunch of those different flavors so will continue GM while alternating with my own use-it-up juices occasionally or save them as backup if prices sky rocket from taxing.

It's weird, but small to tiny amounts of some flavors don't actually taste like what they are. 0.5% chocolate in my mix doesn't give you a chocolate flavor. It richens the resulting flavor a little bit without being sweet.

Even 1% cinnamon doesn't result in a cinnamon flavor, it adds a warm note. The primary flavor that you get is "warm, rich menthol." By itself, pure, I find menthol to be a little too sharp and "cold" tasting.

I wouldn't--couldn't--vape a heavy chocolate flavor. It'd be way too sweet and I'd hate it.

I use TFA peppermint at 12-13%. I recently picked up a bottle of LorAnn's peppermint oil and made a batch with that (at 1.5%); haven't tried it yet, still have ~100mLs of juice that I made from the last of my TFA peppermint.

I actually bought a bottle of McCormick peppermint flavoring from Walmart and it seems to have about the same potency as the TFA, just a little bit different flavor; not quite as dry as the TFA? I will try it again once my TFA peppermint is gone (that will be a sad day indeed)

I am another one with the "taste" for unflavored DIY - being doing that for the last 3 months.

My wife is easier than that, she vapes a no flavor 18 mg 75vg/25pg juice. Hers cost me less than $.06 per ml (<$2.00 for a 30 ml bottle)

I vape 6 ml at the most per day and she vapes about 2 ml. Our monthly cost for juice is about $20.00.

Sort of a flavor- I've been vaping unflavored for 2 yrs. Sweet/vanilly taste w/ a light Real tobacco aftertaste.

Thanks for your suggestions. I made up a 6ml bottle of 70pg/30vg 12mg unflavored. It's growing on me and better than many flavors I've tried. No flavoring headache either. I'll report back if it replaces the casa as my brand.

Guilty. I used to have about 30 different flavors, but I never really cared for them and couldn't really stand more than a few vapes on a drip setup.
Then I found Grey Matter from Mister E Liquid. I have since given all of my old liquids away and have been buying large bottles of GM on the regular. Every once in a great while I will pick up my RY4 for a little sweeter flavor or some straight menthol to refresh the buds, but GM is in my tank all day, every day.
I used to think that it was all about having a large variety, but I find the simplicity of one or two flavors to be much more gratifying.
