Any regular vaperite customers?

I recently bought 18ml bottles of both Batch 21 and Organic tobacco from Vaperite.... But they just taste.. bad.

Let me preface here.. Vaperite was one of the first e liquid companies I tried. I bought sampler packs of a bunch of flavors, but really, really liked their batch 21 and organic tobacco flavors. Their RY4 and VR4 were both great too.

But on this order, even after a couple days of steeping, it tastes like there's some ingredient that's tainting not only the 18ml bottles of batch 21 and organic tobacco, but also the 3ml samples I got of RY4 on the side (I also got a 3ml VR4 sample which doesn't taste AS bad as the others, but isn't the same as the VR4 I'd gotten before). It's almost like a strange, bitter, burnt butterscotch. I *think* it's the same taste that's tainted both bottles. On the organic tobacco, since it's not as sweet, it's almost tasting as though it was made in a container with some menthol juice residue or something.

Does anybody have experience with this company? Do they sometimes just have bad batches? I loved the juice I'd gotten before, but I'm reluctant to order again for fear of getting the bad stuff.

I have not tried this company, but maybe it needs to steep for a bit. How long have you had it?
And samplers are often pre-steeped. This you can usually tell if they don't offer me manu options.

Unfortunately steeping hasn't changed it much. It actually came a bit darker in color than what I'd gotten before even before steeping, I think.

Sorry to hear that. Like I said, I haven't tried them so I can't be of more help.

I hope you find an answer to your question though.

Well, I just received a (very likely) final order of the same flavors. I'd written them about it, and they were apologetic, but that was about it. This is apparently a quality control issue. The RY 4 was identical to the last order, and the batch 21 was very different from the last order, but not the same as the one I really liked. The organic tobacco was slightly closer to the original order than the last time, but still a bit different. Darn shame too, as now that I've explored other vendors, I was ready to settle in on them as my regular, #1 liquid company. I guess I'll continue ordering the VR4, but as for something like the batch 21 I had... The search continues, I suppose....

To make matters worse, I accidentally dumped out what remained of the really good VR4 from my first order in order to use the bottle for something else. I thought I'd already used it all and filled the bottle it with some crappy leftover juice to store away. The smell as I emptied it into the sink told me otherwise. Doh!

OKAY one final update. In an act of desperation (and to see if it was possible that the culprit could be changed tastes), I found the bottle that I'd gotten my original batch 21 sample in, cut it in half, and managed to squeeze one drop out onto a clean atty. In their defense, it was not exactly like what I'd remembered. It was actually pretty similar to my last sample order. So as far as this flavor goes, it looks like it was just my 2nd to last order that was a dud (which sucks, since I got a bigger bottle of it).

I could fo on forever about my bad inconsistent unvapable experience with this company. I live 20 minutes away from this place. Horrible customer service and juice is inconsitent.

Multiple times (first few weeks into vaping) I let them sucker me into some of there juices. They would fill something up and it would be great. Buy a bottle get home and tasted nothing like the sampler. Mark up for some of there knockoff equipment is crazy. Majority of there juices are premixed also unless you order custom/60mls.

Blah blah blah I could go on and on. My advice find another vendor.

I have only ordered VR4 once

It was good
I would reorder because its was nice
But this is the 2nd time I have read about inconsistencies
between batches with vaperite

that and considering the price
Which I don't mind for quality

But if I don't have confidence in what I get It's not worth it

As for the other fellow he had 2nd order of over $50
and they would do nothing for him

imho if a company wont stand by there product
and it's not a maters of subjective taste
They are not worth doing business with

I was very excited when this place opened up the street from me. Went to the grand opening, and buys some of my first equipment and juices from them. Lately, however, my wife and I are not willing to go into the store. Both of us have little patience with the inexperienced and young staff behind the counter, and have given up on their juices some time ago. It used to be cool having a vape shop up the street from us. Then they started to sprout up everywhere. We have found other shops that have MUCH better quality juices for way cheaper.
For as much as Vaperite is charging for their juices they should be able to provide consistency and quality of their products. Any time someone asks where I go this is generally the place I suggest they avoid.

I haven't ordered from Vaperite in a few months. Two of their flavors I try to keep in my personal stock at all times. The Kona Cream and Double Espresso. They are but a couple of coffee flavors out of many that I have tried that have been worth buying multiple times. Both of these need to steep for a couple of weeks.
