Any shops on US bases?

I'm not in the military but have one or two mates who are. Does anyone know if eliquid can be purchased on base? I could probably get one of my friends to pick some up.

the only ecig stuff you can buy on any bases are the njoy ecigs. no flavorings, hell, not even any VG at the commissary...

Yeah but I think she only ships to military addresses. I suppose I could ask a friend to order from her.
