I don't know what your definition of "white label" juice is, but if it is from the white label companies who also bottle for probably 1/2 of the eliquid out there (comes off same conveyor belt, packed out of same facility, uses the white label company's recipe, etc. [but so do many premium brands which people don't realize

So, there are TONS of places now that forumlate, fill, bottle, pallette, and ship ejuice.

IMHO putting a fancy label and name on something doesn't make it better, but then agaiin, I've been in the marketing / advertising biz so i know how it all works.
So answer to your question: it depends.
I've vaped some $20 for 10ml and some $2.99 for 10ml and the latter was better in some cases. YOu don't know til you try it.
Just sayin', some of the ejuice you are considering probably comes out of the SAME facility as the higher priced ejuices,
