I'm looking for a Tobacco e-liquid that truly tastes stout and well... dirty!

There used to be a lot of Tobacco e-liquids on the market that had a strong, musky, or hay-like flavor. At one time, Halo was my go-to brand, their Tobacco's were really stout and packed a punch. After a few years though, their liquids really started to take on a weak, powdery flavor and the liquids started becoming really clear and watery in color (Torque used to look like pancake syrup and tasted like a full-flavor marlboro and now it's the color of watery pee!!!!... and tastes like a mint :[) I've seen this in some of my other favorite brands too.

I found a cheap bottle of Tobacco in a back-alley smoke shop that really reminded me of the Tobacco's they used to make, but there were misspellings on the bottle and I didn't entirely trust it. Does anyone know of any vendors that still make that pack-a-punch Tobacco? I've tried natural extracts but they don't do much other than fry my coils...

These Tobacco's nowadays either taste like powder or even worse, like a chemical.... where is my best place to shop???

I'd put Ahlusion's Desperado in this category. Almost a bitter taste. At first I didn't think I'd like it but it quickly grew on me.

edit: Honorable mention for Vapor Trails' Tuscan. Dry, "grassy" and very strong. Should be up your alley.

I tried Boba's Bounty and it didn't click for me; I get more of a raisin-oatmeal-cookie flavor which turned me off, but flavor is totally subjective.

I like the cigar flavors from MyVapeJuice.com for a taste reminiscent of smoking - very rich flavor.

HHV's are lighter, mellower pipe tobaccos IMO. I still enjoy them, and they are cleaner (less coil gunking) than others.

Desperado tasted like it had cotton candy mixed in. Wasn't bad, just sweet. But as you say flavor is totally subjective.

I've tried MANY different brands looking for exactly what you described. My go to juice is aroma ejuice. The whole tobacco alkaloids are an absolute game changer imo. It adds that missing piece that most juices cannot replicate. They have several tobacco flavors. My personal favorite from them is Sahara. It's a strong tobacco flavor that isn't overwhelming.

I'll occasionally add some vanilla flavoring to their juices if I feel like it's too strong or if I'm in a light mood. Also I keep a bottle of menthol on hand to mix in.

I'm not sure if I mentioned, but I've had a chance to try some of the most well regarded natural extracts, and they just seem to really burn up the coils... it always seems to make the coils taste really fried.

I've had some really good fake tobacco's before, but it seems like all of the brands have opted for a sugary, powdery vape lately. It's as though something is just completely missing.

Yes, they do gunk coils very quickly. 5ml is about the limit. After that, the great flavor is gone leaving a bitter or burnt taste. I only use them with rebuildable atomizers, and generally with RDAs since the coils are easier to change. Sometimes with a small tank like the Lemo Drop - spaced (standard) coil and rayon wick, I can get two tankfulls.
