Again, this was presented in their court case they lost but they will be regulating and words can count. Sure content will be more important but as a community we should be aware of all the issues.

Actually I don't care how a flavor is derived, I have no problem with either and carcinogens are not an issue imo. It just comes down to whether I like to vape it. If you think words don't count I suggest you look at many major court cases which hinged on a single word in a document. Surely contents will be more important but that doesn't mean they won't pick at whatever they can. They have a mighty grudge having lost a case and appeals at a high level, or maybe you don't know about that. Saying it doesn't concern may mean you're actually gauging it as not an issue, it may also mean you don't really care.
The same purpose as arguing against it.
This is primarily a question for people who like at least some tobacco e-liquids. I have only gotten real tasting tobacco e-liquids from about 3 dealers so far, as well as juices that dont really taste like tobacco from a few more dealers. I thought the Halo tastes quite like tobacco, the TW tobacco flavored juice steeped for a while then tasted mostly like tobacco, but thats about it. The Aromaejuices Nuport tastes a little like tobacco, as does their P-38 to a slight degree, but there's a problem with that one. First off the Aromaejuices tobacco e-liquids contain "whole tobacco alkaloids"(WTA), which is different from NET, as the tobacco alkaloids are supposed to replace natural tobacco alkaloids allegedly missing from 'other' e-liquids, but when I first got it and tasted it, it has a strong chemical-ish taste to it, and an even stronger menthol. So I let it steep for about 1.5 weeks, and just tasted it again, and the chemical taste is still there, plus the menthol is as strong as ever and its bitter and unpleasant. If there is 'some' tobacco flavor, its hidden underneath those 2 flavors! Thats what you get when you pay nearly twice for their e-liquids than what most other dealers charge!
From what I understand, the whole idea of NET is naturally extracted tobacco flavor that gives you a tobacco e-liquid that tastes as authentic as possible.
So, I am wondering 1. how close the NET e-liquids taste to real tobacco, and 2. whether people here who who like tobacco e-juices prefer either a NET flavor or a non-NET flavor to their tobacco juices? 3. I just ordered the 4 pack sampler from HHV, are Huntsman and DarK Horse good? 4. Which NET flavors do you prefer?
ok look at my join date and see my join date === yep newb here
first off take a few law classes and be prepared to have your mind blown away when it comes to the meaning of words -- they are still arguing over the bill of rights for goodness sake
second i realize this is important stuff but i am still getting my head around vaping in general and you went way off topic with this in this thread which i was reading for a totally diff reason
god i can not believe these words but ... i need a cig ....

well i found gandalf by accident --- i was looking to condense my e-liquid vendors to a more manageable amount so i have been looking for vendors that i will buy more than 1 or 2 flavors --- very hard for someone who only likes sweets once in awhile ---- became interested in nets and have been doing my research --- and you have definitely impressed me --- so i tend to read on when you write lol

well i love a good honeydew melon or pear or banana or blue raspberry vape but those are my occasional vapes and well stocked
green berry tea from vixen vapes just found
coffee bacco and white spur and rice crispy treats-- neither one has a tobacco taste but they were my first flaves and still fond of them
lime--parrothead is wonderful
then came gandalf and mayan apocalypse --- i realized that i really only like the sweets once in awhile but not as my staple
oops dislikes-- bacon, roast beef, pizza ---- ya i went there and wish i had not
chocolate and caramel -- neither done well {well, maybe not}
vanilla is iffy --- some good --- most bad {but, there are some that do it VERY well}
