If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page there is a "contact us" - click that and send an email over - Rob (the Reo creator) is a great guy and I would think if you let him know you are in Malaysia and cant send it to him but need to do XYZ he will give you the most accurate information

It's already loose. I cant screw it to my tanks anymore. that y I need to replace it.
