There are two vape meets in Chicago coming up, I believe.

One is in Rosemont and I'm not sure on the other.

Google up Chicago vape and see what info comes up.

Waving!! I'm in Burbank, Illinois, kissin' cousin to Chicago. I'm looking forward to the Vapefest in Rosemont. I think the other one (if I'm not mistaking) is a vape "bash" and not bash as in party (good way) but bash as in anti-vaping. I could be wrong, but I'm looking forward to the fest. It looks like a great way to meet and greet all the semi-local vendors.

I think there was some conflict on the name of the one of the fests using "Windy City" or something like that in their advertising and it started from there.

I stay out of it, do not choose sides, nor care.

They should be good times, whichever one is attended and that's all that matters.

Ohoh, thanks for that info. Cool, I'll have to look into both of them then. Awesome! Two places to go and meet other vapers from the area.

Hey, I have to go hunt down that thread for the chicago area group. I looked for Illinois and didn't find much, maybe I wasn't looking in the right place. Thanks for the heads up.

Definitely check out Vape Bash. It IS a party - there are more vendors there than Vapefest, there will be raffles and all the fun stuff there - and NO fee to get in, unlike the other one. It's hosted by the Windy City Vapors, which is a great organization that meets up every month for a super fun meeting in Elk Grove Village. The next meet is Feb 18th. Check them out! Windy City Vapers Club

There will be LOTS of juice to sample for free on the juice table, a raffle, a few vendors selling wares, GREAT food, and a lot of fun!

Oops forgot to mention that lol - I believe it always starts around 2pm, and it goes late, but I never stay late personally. But some people stay really late and partake of the bar lol

The raffle usually starts around 5-6pm, closer to 6 lately it seems. They sell the raffle tickets shortly before they draw them for prizes.
