Any way to contact other than email/phone?

I received an order from madvapes about 2 weeks ago. It was missing a couple of items (a set of battery terminals and a bottle of RY4) and 2 510 attys were DOA. I have since called twice (leaving messages both times) and emailed, but have gotten no reply. This is my third order from them and the second to get screwed up.

My question is, is there any way to get a hold of the proprietor other than email or phone? I'd like to think that I've just fallen through the cracks, but as time goes on it gets harder and harder to believe.

Any advice?
