No. Only the AW IMR are safe, because they are LiMN and not simple Li-ion batts.
So the AW 14250 are not safe. Infact the black AW (not IMR, and so simpy Lithium) 18650,14500, ecc...are protected, if you look on the site
AW 14500 Protected Rechargeable Lithium Battery, only because they have a protection circuit, while the LiMM and the Lifepo4 don't need it.
The 14250 I use for 6v on my Mini are Lifepo4 (as the ones of Innovapor and RTD Vapor), but as I wrote in the other thread, the IFR 14250 that I use are little better. See my posts here:

I also tried 14250 by Innovapor, and I do not use them more, because they have lower performance, they last very short, and after a few recharges they have already lost some of their autonomy
