I gottcha now...

I'm not sure at what voltage the battery will start to blink. Around 1v?

I do know this. That it is better to charge a Li-Ion battery more frequently than it is to wait until it is fully drained. Li-Ion batteries don't aquire a "memory" so you can put them on a charger to top them off.

A good setup is to have three batteries and keep rotating them onto the charger.

I have 2 510 regular manual batteries. They worked fine. I also had a new disposable kit that I was giving to a friend who was going away for a few days. The disposable charger didn't have a light so I gave her my wall charger to take with her and I also gave her a regular battery. I kept the disposable charger and used it to charge my battery. Now NEITHER of my batteries work. The led flashes when I put it on the charger (I got a new one) and it reads 3.9 on the multimeter but it won't vape. The led won't turn on when I press the button and there is no draw. Any ideas what happened or if there is any hope?
