Would certainly love a 5amp switch that could push up to 20 watts (power adjustable - 90%+ efficient regulator) in my awesome Provari...

A great question. I want to get a second provari, but waiting for two reasons. First want to get closer to breaking even from starting and getting my initial setups. Second, want to see if they upgrade the provari, and watching a quick clip of the dna 20 that would be a pretty awesome upgrade.

I don't know if ProVape reads these threads or not, but I certainly hope they do because I would love a variable wattage ProVari. Having VW with ProVari's legendary accuracy and build quality would be well worth MY money to be sure! And if they offered it as an upgrade, I'd not only send mine in for the new chip, but I'd buy another brand-new ProVari to go with it. In fact, the main reason I haven't purchased my second ProVari is: I'm waiting for the inevitable VW upgrade!

i actually heard the opposite, that they were "considering" releasing a chip similar to the nivel for sometime after the first of the year, could be wrong though, and it would be awesome to have a ~$50 upgrade from a V2, not that theres anything wrong w/ my V2 chips. Prozap mini = perfection

I emailed ProVape and they have no plans to make a VW device in the near future! They have other projects that they are working on they said? I am guessing Genesis stuff, etc.? They said maybe some day, but not anytime soon. By the way, ProVari V2 is variable wattage, you just can not see it on the display. (ohm's law)! And way someone would want more AMPS I do not understand?

You make way too much sense.

true, but its just a cool option to be able to adjust wattage as well as voltage, of course you cant move one up or down w/out the other depending on resistance, but just a cool option to have, the V2 chip shows you just about everything else you would want to know but to figure out watts you still have to go v x v / r in your head so just displaying the wattage would be kind of cool. and no i dont know why anyone would want more amps than what we have, triple coil maybe?

i dont see any need for a vw. using ohms law and a little in your head math you can calculate watts....well, i can anyway lol

im bad at math, but it would be cool to display wattage, kind of like it displays the resistance or batterry charge.

I don't really care what the watts are, or the volts for that matter, I just want my juice to taste good. I adjust to taste, not to a wattage chart.

well, i for one, have already wasted enough money on crap that doesn't work. i like to know so im not pushing say, 4v into a 1.5 ohm atty and then wondering why it only lasts a day

Need? No. Want? Yes.

My v2 zmax opened my eyes to vw. Since I switch between three novas and a couple carto tanks I like not thinking about it. My brain is reserved for making the money to buy PVs.
