I am buying my friend a 510 starter kit with 3 ejuices for Xmas. Anyone else buying an ecig for a friend or loved one for the holiday season?

Technically it was for Xmas, but already gave my gf her Inferno kit, same time I got mine. I'm too impatient when I buy gifts for people I don't like keeping it a secret lol. And it was better to stop smoking ASAP.
Getting my sister-in-law a kit. I just hope she likes it. She definitely needs it. Worse smoker than I used to be. She smokes about 5 packs a day. Sorry...sleepy meds are kicking in and screen looks fuzzzzzzzzzzy. Nite. Nite.
None of my 'loved ones' smoke. I have converted a few acquaintances, though. Actually, one of them's having me mod his stuff before he even gets it.
I too have got the 510 starter kit for my sister who has been a heavy smoker for some 30 odd years and suffers with a bad cough now a days, so hopefully will be able to convert her.
I have thought about getting a kit for my brother, but am unsure of whether or not it would be a good idea. When I ordered my first kit for myself I ordered one for my husband also. He was not even vaguely interested so I ended up keeping the extra kit for myself. This turned out to be a good idea since I needed the extra batteries. I have since upgraded to the eGo so having so many extra batteries is no longer an issue. The thing is, I would hate to get a kit for my brother and have him have the same reaction my husband did. So what I plan to do is take my original kit, with 4 charged batteries and carts filled with a variety of flavors along with some information about vaping along with me Christmas day. I will let my brother, my nephew, and my mother try out the kits to see if they are interested. If they are I will give them the my old supplies to get them started.
That's what I'm giving my 2 adult children for Christmas. I also got a bunch of 3ml bottles and will be giving them samples of all the different juices I have. I want to help them kick their habit before they smoke for decades like I did.
Before I vote... does it count as "buying for a loved one" if the loved one is myself?
I was thinking about buying my bf (who I got started on Vaping) an Ego passthru for Christmas but we decided we aren't doing the Christmas gift exchange this year (I am a super broke nursing student). I consider our attempts to stop smoking as enough of a present to each other.

I made up a bunch of Box mods with batteries and chargers. I already gave about half of my friends ones, now for christmas the other half are getting theirs.
I got my mom a white eGo and will be getting my gf and eGo kit as well. I'm debating getting my brother a Riva. He's one of those guys that doesn't like things complicated, so I'm not sure if he'll use it. He lives out of state and will be back Christmas week. So part of me wants to wait till then and judge what he thinks of mine, my gf's and my mom's. So I'm thinking I should pick up a kit and give it to him or not depending on how he reacts to everyone else's.
I have gifted 3 sets.....maybe 4. it has been a while and I don't remember. Overall it is an excellent gift!
I haven't given away any starter kits this holiday season but I have given them out in the past.
Everyone in my family has quit already,except for hubby and I'm not going there.
