I have always ordered items for anything on Ebay because I can search to get the closest to where I live first and see how good the sellers are before purchasing. It seems to have been despising in vaping land lately... It's been 90% of sellers not responding to messages, defects, waiting more then 4 days to ship when the item is in stock, or sent an already defective item that was returned to the seller prior and defective to begin with. The other 10% comes from an awesome seller that I purchase from whenever they have something I want.

I'm in a dispute right now. The seller shipped me an already returned atty that he got back. a screw was stripped, the spare screws were missing, the center post was all mangled at the bottom and I emailed the seller right away and he said he shipped a replacement with a return envelope out the same day. No tracking given when asked... He is 30 minutes away from the sort facility that takes it directly to the post office to be delivered. The past 2 days, I have had nothing (Saturday and today) It's like these sellers just want to be a pain in the .....

Let's hear your stories. Share them

i'm currently waiting for a lot of RDA's and pro tanks to ship to me. the guy gave me an excuse saying " he ran out of kanthal"(he was "including it free" i thought it was fishy, but i didn't flip on him yet.instead i waited another day, finally got a shipping address, that was Saturday and now the shipment has been in route for 3 days now, with two different trackers and i have no what's going on. it doesn't take this long to travel up the coast despite all this snow. psshaw! the annoyance and little patience i have to use new attys. i guess it comes down to who you buy and who you can trust.

I buy alot of stuff from ebay. My most recent a Sigelei Mini 30 and Kayfun v4 by Tobeco. I have only ever had a couple of problems. Remeber you are protected through Ebay and paypal and can get your money back easily if you are not having any luck with the seller. I have had to go this route and it takes a little time, but it works. Good luck and I hope you don't have any more problems like this.

I have only had to get Ebay involved with vaping items 2 times so far with in a year and a half. It just seems that 2015 is a bad year to start with for buying vaping stuff on ebay.. This seller I'm dealing with now actually offered to refund me and let me keep the broken RDA if I didn't leave him feedback... LOL.. That just tells me he had no intention on shipping a replacement at all. I just immediately clicked return item and it's going back tomorrow for a refund. He clearly had the intentions of dumping that on me. Probably because his distributor wouldn't replace it because they stripped out the screws.

I guess I knew I wasn't getting a replacement all along when his listing numbers didn't move from "last one" or when he never gave me any tracking for the replacement.

I love one seller. They are amazing. I have honestly purchased 7 various items from them in the past couple months. the latest one was defective with a bad 510 connection I got today. I emailed them and with in the hour I got an immediate tracking number and was told that they were sending me a new base. I asked if they wanted this defective one back cause I wouldn't have a problem shipping it out to them to get replaced.. They told me that if I really wanted to I could but they would use the pictures I sent and get it taken care of with that.. So I'm gonna bring it into work tomorrow and run a 510 die and re-thread it if I can.

I had a nightcore D4 charger go bad after two months. Contacted the seller and asked if he was an authorized dealer, he told me he was. Once I explained that I expected it to last a little longer then two months, he understood and accepted it for return. Because we are both in so cal, I had a new D4 by the end of the week, which thank God is still working now after about 4 months.

Now (9 months into vaping) me and the Miss`s are discussing the need/desire for his and her chargers, :?) (LOL, shes getting a Sig30 box this week, :?)

1. Ebay is continually cracking down on vaping gear/supplies so beware that you might not be able to work with the vendor in the future.

2. I've bought vaping gear from reputable vendors who have provided great service and prices. Always check the vendor reputation.

3. Keep in mind that some vendors are just regular people who are shipping from their homes to make a few extra bucks. They have day jobs, families and lives so if you're expecting customer service on par with major vendors, you're going to be disappointed sometimes.

you're scaring me dude. I just got 4 rda's and a mech mod coming. The wire I got previously checked out perfect and I trust those vendors, hopefully I'm not gonna have any defective attys :(

Good wire vendors btw are lightning vapes and Jacobs online, very fast and very reliable, never had a problem with them

I'll 2nd Lightning vapes, they have been good to me, have tons of sales and have been on Ebay for many years + they are less expensive than TEMCO.

I've been a member of ebay for a little over twelve years.
269 purchases.
Never had and defective items.
Only gotten burnt once and that was recently, got a couple fake Sony batteries.
Methinks their rewrapes of Samsung 25R.
Batteries actually work, but dont use them.
Like LG H2 better cause their legit and I know the specs.
I love free shipping, but it suxs too.
I order seven items and four arrived timely.
The other three items shipped fast too.
According to tracking they seem to not reach the next destination yet and thats been over ten days ago arggg.
Anyhow contacted the sellers and now their sending out another one.
They say if the first ones show up, just mail it back.
I always look at sellers ratings before making purchases.
Postal services fault, they dont seem to like packages that are mailed cheaply lol.
Might as well be coming from China huh? Lol
Usely it does come quick, but not always.
Postal service is pot luck thingy going on.

Jim

Ps: at Ebay It offer buy now and pay later option.
You purchase your item and pay two weeks later.
Gives you time to get it and try it out first. :)
Pay later items are for purchased only from vendors here in the US.
